Our monthly box is carefully curated to have beautiful tools for growing your yoga practice on and off the mat. You can expect to see a mix of items in each box, spanning across the categorizes of yoga equipment, aromatherapy, apothecary beauty products, healthy snacks, teas, crystals, books and more. All items will be 100% vegan and cruelty-free because we love our furry friends.
I saw the last months box and liked it, can I buy one?
Sorry, we don't sell any past boxes, but if you liked that one why not give the subscription a go, chances are you'll enjoy it even more when the contents are a surprise!
Can I add a custom note when I purchase a gift subscription for someone?
Absolutely, we add your name on a card anyway so your lucky friend would know exactly who it's from, if you want anything else added just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
I subscribed for 3,6 or 12 month but want to cancel my subscription before all the prepaid boxes have arrived, can I have a refund?
Certainly! We are sad to see you go but sometimes circumstances change and we completely understand. We will deduct the full price of the boxes you received and refund you the rest.
Can I pause my subscription or buy just one box?
Yes! Just purchase the Mini or Deluxe box and you can skip or pause your subscription. If you want to completely terminate it, cancel your subscription before the renewal date, which is the 1st of every month.
How do I cancel?
After cancelling, you'll still receive any boxes you’ve paid for and then your subscription will end. Monthly subscriptions auto renew on the 1st of the month so it’s best to cancel by the end of the previous month if you don’t want to receive the next box. If you cancel your subscription after being billed on the 1st of the month, you’ll still receive the box you were billed for. If you paid for 3,6 or 12 month subscription you will be re-billed on the same date as you signed up so make sure to cancel before that date.
When and how often will I be billed?
You'll be billed for your first box the moment you sign up. Our monthly bill date is the 1st of each month. For example, if you sign up on October 18th, you'll get your first box in November and be billed for your second box on 1st of December, third box on January 1st, etc. If you sign up to be auto billed every 3, 6, or 12 months, you'll be billed on the date you signed up.
When does the 108 BOX ship?
108 BOX ships out before or by the 8th of every month.
What currency do you charge in?
All prices are in GBP.
Does the 108 BOX ship worldwide / internationally?
Yes! The international shipping is £9.80 for any order. From time to time, international customers do incur customs, duties or tax charges to accept their package. These fees are out of our control and are the responsibility of the customer to pay in order to receive their package.
How long does it take for my 108 BOX to arrive?
The boxes will be shipped on the 8th of every month and should reach you during the second week of the month.
